Q: I received an inquiry from a student requesting a meeting with me or my company. What is this regarding?
This person is likely one of our travel team captains who is in charge of coordinating company visits and "executive chats". This visit is intended to be very informal informational sessions and NOT recruiting presentations.

Q: We have offices in multiple cities listed on your itinerary. Are you planning to visit more than one office?
Possibly. Each leg of the trip will have different travelers with different interests, so chances are, there won't be any redundancy.


Q: We plan to host a group at our company. How many students should we expect to attend?
We don't have any firm numbers yet, but it will probably be 8-10. Please contact the travel team leader for you city for a more accurate estimate.

Q: How do I contact the Travel Team Captains? All I see is a CBS email alias.
Simply add the CBS email alias in front of the domain name. For example, alias11@gsb.columbia.edu.
